She contacted me the day before to confirm that she would be babysitting and arrived on time. As soon as Renata arrived she got involved with the boys who warmed to her instantly, she was very natural with them and was able to talk and play with them easily. We ended up being a little later coming home than planned which I checked with Renata, she was very accommodating and told us not to rush which was a big relief!
