Started by a local mum we are an independent Richmond-based nanny and babysitting agency. We know it can be difficult and time-consuming to find a person that you trust with your children so we've done all the hard work for you.

Totally Trustworthy We put a lot of time and love into offering you warm, caring reputable childcare professionals. All our sitters and nannies have passed a strict selection process: A minimum 3 years professional childcare experience In-depth personal interview with the agency owner Current DBS check (the official police check for people working with children) Extensive reference and background check All sitters are over 21 years old or trainee teachers

Local and Independent Run by a local mum, we have great local knowledge and and many of our team come via personal recommendations. Our sitters and nannies have a wide range of backgrounds (including nursery nurses, nannies and teachers) and many of them also have experience with additional needs. We are not impersonal and remote, we strive to offer a personal service on your doorstep.

A Perfect Fit Because all families have different needs, we think it is important to match you with a person who has lots of relevant experience to your family, for example caring for your childrens' age group or individual needs.

How it works

Complete the online form to register with the agency. We ask for brief details of your family and any extra needs you may have - we may call you to make sure we completely understand your family's needs. You can make your first booking right away after registering.

You can book on-line, call or text and we'll find your perfect sitter

On the night

Our sitters have their own transport and will make their way to and from your home. If you are running late, please telephone the sitter to let them know.

To ensure things run smoothly we ask that children are either ready for bed or able to get ready for bed. Please leave a contact number, and relevant medical details with your sitter.
