Meet Our Sitters

Katerina has 15 years of experience as a nanny and nursery nurse. She has worked with children from birth to end of primary school. Currently she works at a Twickenham nursery in the mornings and a nanny in the afternoons. She is OFSTED registered and Paediatric First Aid qualified.

Originally from Slovakia she speaks flawless English, has studied Economics, German, Literature and Business. She loves outdoor activities, especially hiking and cycling (she even completed the London to Brighton ride!) and also reading and theatre.

She is caring, conscientious and approachable. One parent says "Katerina is punctual and responsible. She has the children's well-being at heart and is at her best organising playtime and little adventures for them".

Grace has five years of experience, working as a nanny looking after children ranging from 1 to 12. She enjoys preparing healthy meals and helping with homework and has a Paediatric First Aid qualification.

Grace grew up in West London, has a degree in International Studies from Goldsmiths. By day she runs her own business as a travel planner and works as an after-school nanny because she loves working with children. She is half Italian and fluent in the language, loves outdoor activities and arts and crafts.

Kayleigh went to school in Chiswick and worked in Richmond for many years. She misses the children after moving into a more office based job and is really excited about spending time with them when babysitting.

Kayleigh has a warm, calm and approachable manner. She is fun but firm when necessary. One parent says "My little boy always goes to bed on time, he loves her and I couldn't be happier."

Ruta has three years of experience, working in a private family looking after 3 children ranging from 4 to 9. She prepared light meals, helped with homework and bedtime. She also has experience with children with dyslexia and hyperactivity.

Originally from Lithuania she speaks flawless English. She has graduated from music and art school in Lithuania then moved to the UK to study Psychology at Roehampton University. She spends her days managing an art gallery in Barnes, but wants to spend time working with children as well. She loves playing the violin, is passionate about art and loves restoring old pieces.

She is reliable, engaging and mature. One parent says "One of the people we were really going to miss when we moved was Ruta. She is excellent in every way, with both children and adults. You will consider yourself lucky to have found her. I have only praise for her and I cannot fault her in any way whatsoever"

Shelley has 7 years experience as a nanny in the Richmond area. She is a Ofsted registered and holds a Paediatric First Aid Certificate.

Originally from Aberdeenshire she moved to London to experience a big city and found she loved it here. She loves tennis, cycling and played for her local football team for 8 years.

She is radiates calm competence and engages immediately with the children in her care. One parent says "Shelley is very responsible, stuffed full of integrity and common sense. Totally reliable and a caring thoughtful girl. My girls adore her."

Daniela has 15 years experience as nanny working with children from young babies to 12 year old. She is Paediatric First Aid qualified and OFSTED registered.

Originally from Czech Republic she speaks flawless English. She has numerous childcare qualifications including many in maternity nursing (eg sleep training caring for multiples, breastfeeding support) child psychology and nutrition. She loves reading, baking, crafts, swimming and is learning to play the piano.

She is warm and engaging. One parent says "My children all adore her...they can be challenging but Daniela keeps them well organised but with a gentle manner. She has an excellent understanding of the needs of children and is warm, loving, professional and responsible. She will be a great nanny for any family she works for."

Florence has 15 years experience caring for children. Before she had her daughter she was the head teacher at a West London school. She has since become a registered child minder and also holds a paediatric First Aid certificate. Florence has a passion for arts and crafts and as a native French speaker she loves to converse in her mother tongue.

Florence balances care and affection with the firm yet fair approach. A parent describes her perfectly "It is hard to find someone who the kids love, but who is also trustworthy and responsible enough to take on the responsibility. My daughter loves Florence but she also respects her which is just as important. Florence is intelligent, kind, and hard-working."

Emma is a Police Constable with the Metropolitan Police Service. She grew up in the home of an Ofsted registered childminder for the first 20 years of her life. She has extensive experience babysitting and working with children - both through her formative years and in her police work with children and young adults. She has full First Aid training.

Emma enjoys her work at the police but would love to continue to work with children in her time off. She is also passionate about photography and holds a photography degree.

She is lively, approachable and very capable. One parent says "Whilst Emma is not traditionally trained in childcare she has natural skill from her extensive experience. I highly recommend her for babysitting work".

Marie is a Teaching Assistant at a Richmond Primary school. She worked for nine years as an early years practitioner with nursery children and now works with children from 5-11 year old.

With three grown teenage children of her own and loads of nieces and nephews she has loads of experience caring for all age groups.

She is warm, nurturing and approachable and a favourite with children and parents alike.

Amy has four years experience working with children in local nursery. She has achieved her Level 2 Childcare certification and holds a Paediatric First Aid Certificate.

Amy is very family oriented and loves spending time with them. She is a quiet gentle person who just loves working with children. Her Nursery Manager speaks highly of her work with the children in her care and highly recommends her for babysitting.

Hillary is a qualified life-guard and worked as a nanny in Australia for a year. She has experience of running holiday activity camps for children and holds a Paediatric First Aid Certificate.

Hillary is originally from Germany and has moved to England to study at Roehampton University. She is fluent in English and loves creative writing (her degree subject), swimming and sport.

Hillary is calm and kind. She is fun but firm when necessary. One parent says "Her competence is exemplary. The children, one with special needs, have been warmly handled in a calm confident manner. The children have thrived under her care".

Amina grew up and lives locally in Richmond. She has experience working professionally with both nursery and school age children in the Richmond area.

Amina is currently studying business with economics and loves going to the gym in her spare time.

She is warm, reliable, sociable and loves working with children - highly recommended by local parents.

Gabriela has 17 years of experience, working as a nanny. She started life as an au pair, became a live in nanny and now works out as a live out nanny. She has cared for children from new-born to teenage, stays long-term in her roles and has formed a strong bond with all her families. Gabriela is qualified in Paediatric First Aid and is also Ofsted registered.

She is organised, cheerful and approachable. One parent says "Gabriela is always cheerful and optimistic, she clearly loves looking after children and always deals with 'day-to-day problems' with firm kindness. She is bright and intelligent and whilst she has a fun outlook on life, she has always displayed maturity and a keen willingness to take responsibility."

Niki has 7 years experience working with children as a nanny, nursery nurse, teaching assistant and a teacher. She is a qualified primary teacher and holds a Paediatric First Aid Certificate.

Niki adores teaching children, she specialises in PE and gymnastics. She also has a passion for arts and crafts which she loves to share with the children in her care.

Niki has been caring for my son since he was 18 months old both as a nursery nurse and a regular babysitter. She is energetic and warm he loves her - especially because they do some cool creative activities when she babysits for him.

Donna has been a nanny for 16 years. She is currently working as a sole charge nanny for a Kew family caring for children of four and eight years old. She has professional experience with children from birth onwards and is Paediatric First Aid qualified.

When Donna isn't working and has a spare minute she loves walking her French bulldog and cycling.
