My name is Stephanie and I started Jigsaw Babysitting. After becoming a mum I realised how hard it can be to find a babysitter or nanny you trust. I wanted to offer an independent professional service that provides trustworthy childcare based on local expertise.

Six years of combining motherhood with a demanding job helped me build up a great network of regular childcarers. My career at a Silicon Valley giant gave me the experience to take a problem that gives parents endless headaches and solve it with the click of a button - Jigsaw Babysitting was born.

We are one of the few agencies that requires our sitters to have at least three years childcare experience (mainly nannies, nursery nurses, teachers and maternity nurses). They love working with children and have chosen childcare as a career. I interview all my babysitters and nannies personally and I only take on people that I would be happy to leave caring for my own child.
